Our Mission
To change lives through community-driven and evidence-based supports that build resilience and wholeness. Our organization has been serving Prince George’s county residents since 2020, we are well equipped and determined to exceed the expectations of both employers and the people we place. It is our obligation to provide quality customer service and support, operate as a team player with the success of our customers as a top priority, and to provide ethical, trustworthy service to all of our clientele.
Our Vision
To provide gainful employment, career development and entrepreneurship opportunities for Heads of Households, teens at risk , foster care youth, and formerly incarcerated individuals for the purpose of reducing recidivism and producing law abiding, tax paying citizens.
Our Obligation
We need YOU to invest in our programs as we work to service people in our communities. You can help us reach our quarterly fundraising goals of $40,000 or $120,000 a year, by making your tax-deductible contributions to The Solid Foundation, Inc. through our DONATE page or by mail.
